Cover over foundations, down pipes, paving slabs and windows with board or plastic. If possible leave the cover in place for about 1 week if there is a risk of rain.
Repainting:
When repainting, completely brush or wash the original surface. Remove loose paint with a steel brush. Afterwards, brush away any residual fine dust with a soft brush or broom. A face mask is recommended in case of excessive dust. Old paint can also be removed with a high-pressure water jet. However, avoid excessively high pressure, since this may harm the underlying timber.
